Another overcast day in Paradise.
When we checked in we got given a room by the dreaded "sea wall" despite having sent an e-mail two weeks previously asking for a room that didn't face the wall. So that obviously doesn't work.
This morning they woke us up to tell us we could move to another room. Except we now know the lie of the land and would rather be 46 paces from the best bar on the island than on the busy beach side. So we said we'd stay where we are.
The beach party turned out to be a limbo dancing competition for pre-pubescent girls. But there was a fire and free beer and wine. We got back at about 02.00 I think.
And then drank the contents of the expensive mini bar.
So today was, mostly, a write off. But it was cloudy so it didn't matter. Sitting here with a beer watching an air taxi taking off. Bliss....
