Woke up on my birthday to an almighty rain storm.
For the first time since we got here we made it to breakfast. Surprisingly they have proper pork bacon, sausage, fried eggs, beans, saute potatoes... The lot. I had a fiery lamb curry and a chilli omelette.
We got drenched coming back to the room after breakfast. And so here we sit huddled on our little verandah watching the leaden grey skies disgorging copious amounts of water. Bugger!
But, we did have some work to do so I guess today's the day to do it.
